Prisoner or Hostage ?

Today Mr. John Kerry , America’s number one voice on all things foreign policy, deemed a purported Hamas capture of an Israeli soldier ‘outrageous’.  So for your reading pleasure today I bring you the wonderfully educational Geneva convention  . If you are reading this piece you will be able to no such word as outrageous in its contents.

The fact that the American Sec. of State finds it incumbent upon himself to proceed in a consistently subjective manner regarding all matters concerning Israel is precisely what is at the core of all things wrong about American foreign policy. You cant hope to police the world, another problematic notion, if you do not abide by the the letter and spirit of the law. The capture of enemy soldiers is part of any and every war -so long as treated humanely as the Geneva convention eloquently outlines.

So Mr. Secretary kindly put politics aside and help end the war. Sometimes the simplest approach  is the fair one- believe it or not.
